How to post a new thread under mood disorders

hello just wondering if it's possible to open a new thread alongside the depression and bi polar threads under the mood disorder section. How do I add a new thread?

I believe Bipolar, Depression, Seasonal Affective Disorder all fall Under the Mood Disorder Forum. You can choose to pick Bipolar and start a new Thread on Borderline, ex. anyone going through borderline, help?

Sorry, maybe someone else can figure this out for you but I have not been able to add a new Thread to the Forums.
Again my apologies, I also suffered of Borderline personality.

I have circled the place that you click on to start a new thread. Each forum section has this, whether you choose the topic bipolar, sandbox, depression etc. Let me know if you need further help. Sorry the picture is so small. Click on it and it does get a bit bigger, but unfortunately blurry.
