Shopping Shoplifting

Does anyone have issues with shoplifting here? I would like some advice on how to stop this behaviour. Thanks!

I struggle with shoplifting groceries because I found it so easy. I have no money and I would tell myself it was a necessity. But there was people I could reach out to for financial support like family and even my church. I stopped because I got caught. Which was really bad since you get charged and have to go to court and you can get a record. Maybe things like that will encourage you. I'm on odsp so I totally feel for you if it's a money thing. If your just compulsive maybe try asking your counselor for tips.

Imagine what would happen if you got caught and fear it. That would help you stop the behaviour.
