One good thing

That definitely sounds like a good thing to me uni! Not the messed up sleep part of course, but the not going out part. Bit of an introvert here!

Today's good thing is that the wicked post-exam virus I've been fighting (this happens every semester) seems to be at least mostly gone.

Looks like I celebrated too soon... yesterday was more stressful and I seem to have relapsed

Thank you both! Today's good thing is that even though I spent 8 hours in emergency last night they didn't admit me and I got to (eventually) come home to bed.

I'm feeling noticeably better this morning. The treatment the other night may have done the trick. That's a good thing!

that's good to hear Gossip. My one good thing from yesterday is wiping out on the ice, splitting my head open but having an ok neuro exam. Today I hope to have a better 'one good thing'!

I usually wear spikes, however I changed boots and didn't put my spikes on the new boots. Never again when it's below freezing!
