Not much for forums but I will give it a go.
And my joke

2 parrots are sitting on a perch. One turns to the other and asks,
Do you smell fish?
Haha

And the bear in the avatar appears whenever I am about to go into a downward spiral. He is always in the shadows waiting.. and then chases me and I have to fight with everything I have to keep him away.
