What does a lifestyle change really mean? I was told to change my lifestyle but I don’t actually know what kind of change is expected of me. I wondered if it means giving up everything I love and become a completely different person altogether. I clarified if they are talking about me playing at online casinos but they said it’s ‘not just that’. I don’t know what else I’m supposed to change because them saying ‘figure it out’ wasn’t very helpful. I haven’t been offensive all my life. I know I’m not the best provider but I keep the bills paid. I don’t have any medical conditions but I am fat. I do have friends but I leave them to do their thing while I do mine. I don’t know what is expected of me and it is getting frustrating.
