Bipolar need advice

I rapid cycle and that alone is hard. I’ve been bipolar most of my life and it’s been hell. When my mood changes I turn on myself and that has had severe consequences.
I’m lost and would like advice

Hi Shelby and welcome to the forums. Rapid cycling can be particularly challenging.

Do you have a psychiatrist? Family doctor? Reassessment can be worthwhile if it hasn’t been done in awhile.

Do you have any support that you find helpful? Feeling isolated and alone always makes things feel worse.

I hear you same thing here lots of not nice stuff in my head.. You're not alone.
As for advice I don't have any.
