I find the week of PMS to be awful! Just when I think things are getting slightly better, PMS week comes along and I begin to feel exhausted, jittery, nervous and can’t sleep. Am I the only one?

Hello TryingToHeal. The MDAO has a info sheet on this https://mooddisorders.ca/faq/premens...-disorder-pmdd It describes the problems and offers some solutions. How affective they are I wouldn't know. Take Care. paul m"Alone we can do so little;

Hi TryingToHeal. There are so many things, including our mood, that hormone fluctuations affect. In fact for many years, disease and drug information studies were entirely based on the male speciman of us humans. The excuse was that the females have too many uncontrollable variables with our ever changing hormone levels (never mind the 'of child bearing age exclusions' ). Thankfully that has changed, although it is a work in progress.
It has been awhile since I've had to deal with the dreaded wild monthly fluctuations in hormones and the cascade of challenges it brings. I haven't forgotten how difficult it was. A hot water bottle, a cup of herbal tea, and my loyal companion, my dog Shindy, were my best friends on the worst of those days.AJ
Humans punish themselves endlessly
for not being what they believe they should be.

This is a really good book... actually she has a couple... you can also find a podcast with her on the *** with Emily channel.... def worth a listen/ read
the raise and fall of our emotions during our different cycles is actually not 100% normal... we shouldn't be all over the place when this time comes....
Maybe someone will get something out of this ... Hope it helps..

Recently my friend told an anecdote about a vagina, and I found it very funny. He bought an artificial electronic vagina. You have no idea that dropping a processor can be so enjoyable... lol it is hilarious. But I can tell you girls need to take their women's health more seriously. A friend of mine recently posted https://endometriosis-symptoms.com where I read about many of the symptoms of women's diseases and immediately made an appointment with a gynecologist to get checked out. In general, I recommend that every woman visit a gynecologist at least once a year, so that there are fewer funny jokes about the vagina.
