    Starting already?

Well, my pdoc told me the other day that the change in season can already be affecting people's moods. I would have thought it's a bit early, but he says not. Lovely

Hello Uni. I'll adress this in another thread that you started. I'm too lazy to post two replies.Take Care. paul m

I am noticing how much light we are losing and how quick we are losing it. I'm not feeling depressed but it is kind of disappointing.

How weird. I remembered tonight that it's the second full moon in a month. Apparently that makes it a "blue moon". I usually don't connect moods with moons but I have been depressed a lot this month... I hope this only happens once in a blue moon

... I just stepped outside and looked at the sky. The moon is absolutely stunning. Not blue or anything, but very striking.

August definately brought about a change in mood for me. Now it's September, I hope it will change back!
