In a couple of weeks, when October begins, I'll be going back to using my SAD light again. I backed off on using it about halfway through the summer, wasn't sure I needed it. Whether it mattered, I don't know. Anyway, the days are getting shorter already, better to nip the potential "winter blues" in the bud.
