Have been pretty faithful with using my SAD light and I do believe it helps. The fact that all the snow from October eventually melted helped too! Now there's just a skiff that showed up yesterday, but these double digit temperatures are great! The shorter our cold and snow this winter, the better!

I don't know about you two, but winter showed up here yesterday. However it was super nice to have an extended fall, just a surprise to see the weather go from 18 to the minus figures in two days.
