    Brought my SAD light out

A few weeks ago I started getting a few too many low spirited days, so despite the fact that it was already February I dug out my SAD light. It hasn't been a bad idea. I don't know how long I'll keep using it this time, with spring and longer daylight hours, but for now I think it helps. I was doing 10 minutes every morning and now 15. I think that will be enough. Anyway, I just wanted to report on this for anyone who is interested. I did very well just using the ceiling bulbs in my home, but I suspect the winter might be just a little too long

Hi Uni. I have never used a SAD light, primarily because my dog Bella makes sure I get out for an hour a day walking. Winter is always too long for me. I think the pandemic has compounded it. I hope the extra time with the SAD light makes a difference for you.

Thanks AJ. I think it is helping. A poor second to hiking with a dog, but that's the way it goes!

Anytime you want to take Bella for a walk, she'd be happy to go!
