Crisis

Today I'm not having a crisis, but for some reason this quote came to mind: "In crisis lies opportunity", so I thought I'd just post it here.

This is true. A crisis (as long as it doesn't kill us or destroy us) can force us to stand up for ourselves, make a decision about something, or motivate us to change something that isn't working in our lives. It can prompt us reach out for help, or can inspire us to search for (and find) something that gives our lives meaning. While a crisis is stressful and does not always cause good results, it can be a catalyst for positive change. Even the worst experiences can teach us valuable lessons.
