    Almost time to bring on the light

    If you use a SAD light in the winter it will soon be time to haul it out I usually start mine in mid-October and go until the middle of March. Some years I use it right through the summer and that works too, if only to keep me in a routine. A reminder for those with eye problems or bipolar disorder, a SAD light may exacerbate them, so not good to use it. The rest of us who get depression often benefit. I know I do.
