Need help to stop cocaine use

I need help to stop using cocaine, I almost died from it and once out of the hospital I used again, and again. How can I stop?, I am hopeless now and cannot seem to see the light at the end of the sobriety tunnel. I am new to this site and hope this was posted right. Thank you!.
