I sought out this forum to find out more about mood disorders. Actually to read about real people with mood disorders discuss their symptoms and their coping techniques.
I have adult adhd, ocd, and also anxiety. I'm on escitilopram. It has helped immensely. Before that I had no idea that anything was wrong, only that I was not right.
so, that's me. sort of.
