Hey Paul. Thanks for asking! The renos are done for now and I'm still reasonably intact. There will be more when it comes time to sell the house, but that's a few years down the road.
Since then I've been busy catching up with friends and a few relatives. I have been a social creature. Hopefully that doesn't turn into a bad thing.
My lab cross also keeps me active. She needs two walks or a run and a walk every day, no matter how I feel!AJ

Hello AJ. I'm glad you are doing well. I do have one question. How can becoming a social creature be bad? Oh yeah, I forgot, some of my most social days were when I was manic LOL. Although some of my most anti social days were when I was manic. Strange illness LOL.
