I received this letter yesterday evening .. It says :
The tribunal is satisfied that the appellant ( myself ) is a person with disability ..
Appeal is granted .. The decision of respondent ( ODSP director ) is rescinded ..
A review date is set for one year from this date ..
..
In brief .. I'm happy .. Its success for me .. After a long journey of suffering ( 2 years ) .. I'm approved for ODSP benefits .. my file is gonna be transferred from Ontario Works to Ontario Disability Support Program ..
GREAT NEWS .. Wow .. Its hard for me to believe it .. Yes I felt more optimistic after the hearing .. But wasn't expecting an instant response like this .. Amazing ..
