I've been looking for a discussion forum like this for quite a while now. I was diagnosed with Bipolar 1 approximately seven years ago. I've always had depression, but it didn't get really bad until then. I have had ups and downs but have had a very good psychiatrist for the last two years. I am stable now, and I love it.
