You're making me laugh again Anne. A short story, as I was shopping and was asked about 10 times if I needed help in the Home depot and I must have looked kinda peculiar cause after I said, No thanks, sigh, for the 10th time in about 10 min the woman asked me if I "was ok".....! Thought they might wanna take my blood pressure it was so ridiculously annoying! (but funny as hell too)

I hope you have better luck with the luvox, Anne.
At least you get to trade 2 drugs for one, I always feel like less is more, if you know what I mean.
I've been doing Christmas shopping for the last 2 days, so I'm feeling really over stimulated and a little hypo-manic. I'm going to go out today and finish buying the stuff for my stocking stuffers and then I'll be done and I can concentrate on getting back to level again. Hopefully without a big crash.
DH and I bought each other a new vacuum cleaner for Christmas, but started using it already, I've done every inch of the house, including the stairs and the furniture. I'm going to do the matresses when I change the sheets on Monday. I love it! My old one was 9 years old so we moved up to one of those bagless jobbies where you can see all the dirt you suck up. Totally awesome.

I hope you get good sleep.

            Hi Anne,

I just wanted to wish you all the best on your new med. 2-3wks isn't such a long wait if it ends up working for you.
            Wishing you well,

              that's very true.
I don't know if it's because I've not taken the other antidepressants today, but the day has been a bit easier. I'm still slow, but I spent the day doing things on the computer instead of sitting in a chair blankly staring at the wall.

              we'll see what tomorrow brings!

*pointing up to the sky* what's that? a bird? a plane?? no, it's Rebecca on her vaccuum cleaner! :P

tonight will be my third dose of the luvox, and today I've had more energy than I've had in the last two months! my mood has improved incredibly. is it normal to be feeling this much better after only two days on a new med??!?
I do tend to get a bit dizzy and lose my balance... from what I've read, they're common side effects.

It can take several weeks to reach it's full effect. I suspect part of the reason you're feeling better is that you are no longer taking the Zoloft (sertraline) and
Remeron (mirtazapine). If you are feeling dizzy then you might find it helpful to sit on the bed before you stand up in the morning, and brace yourself when you get up to help prevent a fall if you've been sitting on the couch etc. I'm glad you're feeling better!

It's the curse of our illness that we can never just take feeling good as a positive. We're always watching out that we don't feel TOO good.
Just enjoy it while you can, Anne.
