Hello PurpleFlowers, and welcome to the forum. I'm certain that there are groups like the one you describe, but a lot depends on where you live. Have you tried checking out the health region where you live? That's the first place I'd try. If you're in a university town, try their health centre; they may have connections. Check out the Canadian Mental Health Association too, especially if there's a branch in your vicinity. Sometimes making a phone call and actually talking to someone gets you more information than just a website. Just a thought.Leave a comment:

My spouse has depression...
I'm wondering if there are in-person support groups for people who have a spouse or loved one with depression. I feel like I've been to every website but can't seem to find anything like that. Your help would be appreciated!
