What is your opinion about using the light therapy device for people with major depression?

Any new news or research, surveys towards unipolar or bipolar depression?

Hi Jania,
Have you checked with your local hospital, CMHA, or even with your pharmacy? Sometimes you can either rent or borrow a sad light to see if it would be beneficial without having to buy a unit.
