Happy First Day of Spring!

To any one out there who is also affected by light levels and the weather.

March madness is definitely upon us and I'm not talking about basketball. My moods are maddening. Sun comes out and suddenly I'm feeling cheery and hopeful. Clouds cover the sun and I'm back in the slumps. But at least I can look forward to every day being a little longer for the next three months.

Hello VillaStrayLight. Sunshine definitely makes a difference in my moods and my attitude. My swing is not quite as sudden as yours, but I do agree that being in the sun can make a huge difference.

Now if I could only find a way to get the leafs to actually make the playoffs, I mght be even happier. Take Care. paul m

Unfortunately Paul this winter was colder then last year but it still was not cold enough to stop the advance of the mountain pine beetles or for hell to freeze over and allow the Leaf to get the cup

I cannot remember Villa, do you have a SAD light?

I do have a SAD light, a little portable one, but it has nowhere near the effect of good ol' natural sunlight!

Hello Woody. That was very well said, I may cheer for the leafs but I am well adjusted to them losing .

Hello AJ, the best thing about cheering for the leafs is you can always pick another favorite after they are eliminated, no waiting till the last minute . Take Care Guys. paul m (p.s. the flames should do better, they just a mystery)

I would say go habs go, but for two major reasons, I won't...
one, I hate hockey...
two, my son would shoot me... but this season they suck!!
