it's still a rough draft, but I wanted to get some feedback... it's been a while since I've written anything. I know there's something missing, when I figure it out I'll come back and fix it.
so, here goes:

Heartless and haunting…
This disease of the mind
Never-ending, unforgiving…
So cruel and unkind

Hatred, self-loathing…
All torn up inside
Beaten, devastated…
From me I must hide

Sorrow and anger…
Through the chaos and fear
Untrusting, relentless…
Are those voices I hear

Confused and defeated…
So I silently cry
Frustrated, vulnerable…
Just wanting to die

Hello Anne. Very true words. I have felt that way many times but I have never been able to put the words down on paper as well as you have.

If you have more thoughts like that by all means print them.

But to stick my nose in your business, sometimes it helps to write down our thoughts, positive or negative, sometimes it makes us fixate on them. Please continue your great writing, but be careful, sometimes our mind is our worse enemy. Take Care. paul m
