Hello Beanie57. A SAD lamp is a light that mimics daylight. SAD is short for "Seasonal Affective Disorder", which basically means tending to be depressed during the winter when there's less daylight. The lamp is something I sit in front of each morning for a little while, and it kind of fools my brain into thinking it's time to get moving. That's a very unscientific explanation, I know, but I hope it gives you the idea

    Shining the light again soon

Just want to mention that if you're like me, and use a SAD lamp during the winter months, October is a good month to begin.
