    Still at it in February

Well, I'm still using my SAD light almost every morning. The odd time, I'll forget or be rushed or sleep in too late, but I usually use it.

Is it helping my mood? Well it's not a fix-all, but I believe it helps. Lately we've had a run of cloudy days, and although I'm not a big fan of hot summer sun on my skin, in the winter I look forward to the brightness.

Note: SAD lights aren't for everyone; they require a certain commitment and aren't recommended for bipolar or people with eye problems. But it suits me

I see lots of dog walkers in all kinds of weather. It has to be good for a person! I'm glad you get to have those walks AJ

Hi Uni. You've been very dedicated in using your light. I'm glad you find it helpful. If I wasn't going for my morning doggie walks I'd be getting one too. Sunny days like today sure make a difference for me.
