Mood Disorders Society of Canada (MDSC) and our national and regional partners are interested in learning about the opinions Canadians have about the mental health care system in place. This MDSC national survey is being conducted by Narrative Research, an independent firm. Your individual responses will be completely confidential. Narrative Research will use your survey data for research purposes and overall results will be shared with MDSC. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

We want to hear from you! Share your experience and thoughts on the Mental Health Care System by taking the 2022 pan-Canadian Survey below.
