Mood Disorders Society of Canada (MDSC) and our national and regional partners are interested in better understanding the viewpoints and experiences of those who have experienced depression and who have tried multiple medications to treat their depression. This research will help to direct future improvements to care.
As part of this initiative, we have commisioned Corporate Research Associates Inc. (CRA), a market research firm, to carry out an online survey with our members. If you are experiencing depression and have tried multiple medications to treat your depression, and would care to share your opinions and feedback please click on the link to complete the survey.
Your individual responses will be completely confidential, and only overall results will be shared with the Society. The survey should take approximately 25 minutes to complete.
