Bio – Nancy Zorzi

Nancy Zorzi is a senior healthcare Communications and Patient & Stakeholder Engagement Specialist with over 25 years of experience in healthcare, consulting, and the not-for-profit sectors.
Nancy background includes Communications and Stakeholder Engagement roles at a number of for-profit and not-for-profit sectors where she played a pivotal role in developing communications, patient stakeholder engagement and advocacy strategies.
As a Program Manager with Mood Disorders Society of Canada, Nancy leads its access to treatment advocacy programs.
Nancy’s educational background includes studying Public Relations at Toronto Metropolitan University, completing a Certificate in Communication for Behavioural Impact (COMBI) from New York University, and holding an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Education from Bishop’s University and completed studies abroad at the Université Canadienne en France.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Nancy enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and family cat. When she is not reading a book, she also actively engages in sports activities, such as ultimate Frisbee, x-country skiing, snowboarding and mountain biking. Nancy also acts as a Board member for another mental health charity in Canada.
