From June until the end of August, Martin Bauman, a young professional is cycling over 7,500 km across Canada, from Vancouver to St. John’s.

While riding under the banner of Keep Pushing – Martin’s Ride for Mental Health. Martin’s aim is to raise awareness about mental health issues while also raising funds.  By biking across Canada, he is hoping to encourage others to keep pushing and seek help when needed.  “No one is too small or insignificant, no matter how they feel” says Martin.   “We’ve made tremendous strides in the past several years, but the stigma surrounding mental illness still lingers – I want to change that”.
