Mood Disorders Society of Canada (MDSC) and our national and regional partners are interested in better understanding the viewpoints and experiences of Canadians and their Sleep.

This MDSC national survey is being conducted by Narrative Research, an independent firm. Your individual responses will be completely confidential.

Narrative Research will use your survey data for research purposes and overall results will be shared with MDSC. The survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
