MDSC Releases 2024 Annual Report

Exciting Updates for the

2025 Defeat Depression

Campaign Season

The 2025 Defeat Depression Campaign is here, and we’re excited to share some fantastic updates to make this year’s season even better!

What’s new this year?

New Website and Platform: We’ve launched a brand-new website and platform to make registration and participation easier. Registration is now open!

Free Registration: Recognizing the financial hardships many are facing, we’ve waived all registration fees this year. Everyone is welcome to join at no cost.

Integrated App: After registering, participants will have access to a new app that syncs with smart device apps and tracks your progress seamlessly through the participant centre.

Toolkits for All: We’ve created tailored toolkits for schools, workplaces, gyms, and more. These resources provide unique ways to get involved and make an impact in your community.

Social Media Resources: Participants will also have access to ready-to-use social media resources, including images and writeups, to help spread the word and amplify your fundraising efforts.

Whether you’re walking in your community, doing a virtual challenge, or hosting a school/workplace event, the 2025 Defeat Depression Campaign has everything you need to make a difference.

Join us today and let’s continue to support mental health education and break the stigma surrounding mental illness.

Visit www.defeatdepression.ca to register and get started! Together, we can make sure that no one feels alone in their mental health journey.

“Ordinary people doing extraordinary things!”
