The ideal candidate for the Disability Benefits National Navigator role is a compassionate and resourceful professional with a strong background in client services, outreach, and mental health advocacy. They excel in communication, with strong oral and written skills, and fluency in French is considered an asset. Comfortable working in a virtual environment, they are proficient in MS Office 365 and other digital tools. They have experience conducting outreach to external organizations and building productive networks, ensuring that marginalized communities receive the support they need.
