Bio – Diana Vincze

National Program Manager with Mood Disorders Society of Canada

Diana is a passionate project leader and healthcare education specialist dedicated to advancing quality of care and access across Canada. With over 14 years of experience managing large-scale, cross-sector initiatives, she brings a deep commitment to collaboration, continuous learning, and system change—values shaped by her diverse work in palliative care, medical research, and community engagement.

After earning her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Ottawa and her Project Management Certification from the University of British Columbia, Diana sought ways to apply strategic thinking in meaningful contexts. Her drive to make a difference led her to roles where she oversaw international clinical trials, co-authored peer-reviewed publications, and later led the national rollout of education programs reaching tens of thousands of healthcare professionals annually, including those working in mental health and community-based care.

She has led the development and national rollout of healthcare education initiatives, working with multi-stakeholder partnerships to support professional development, knowledge exchange, and community-building across sectors. She has overseen content development, coordinated national virtual learning programs, and managed high-impact collaborations that advance care for patients and families across Canada.

Fluent in English, French, Hungarian, and Romanian, she has a strong interest in innovation, visual storytelling, and mentorship. She is especially drawn to projects that address mental health equity and reduce barriers to support for underserved populations. She believes deeply in the power of lived experience, empathy, and collaboration to drive meaningful social change.

Diana is a dedicated professional whose resilience and determination shine through in every aspect of her work, bringing compassion and persistence to the teams and projects she supports. Outside of work, she’s an avid Formula 1 fan and cherishes time spent with her son, family and friends—always finding joy in both quiet moments and shared experiences.
