This award is presented to an individual whose dedicated leadership in community mental health awareness and through personal contributions to raising awareness of mental illness has had a positive impact on the mental health community.

Nominees will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• The individual’s dedicated leadership on mental health in the community bringing awareness
• Personal contributions to raising awareness of mental health and illness in the community
• The impact on the mental health community – longevity in the community
• Uniqueness of the individual’s contribution
